BrightOps is a private software company building Workforce, a durable agent workspace. This policy covers this website, brightops.io, and direct contact with us. It does not describe any other product.
What we collect. Only what you choose to send us: your name, email address, company, and the message you write when you contact us or request a demonstration. This website uses no advertising trackers and sets no advertising cookies.
What we do not collect. Workforce runs on your own machine. Its sessions, files, credentials, and project data stay on that machine and are never transmitted to BrightOps. We do not receive your source code, your documents, or your model provider keys.
Why we use it. To reply to you, to arrange a demonstration, and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
Who else processes it. Our website host and our email provider handle this data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. No one else receives it.
How long we keep it. Contact messages are retained for as long as the conversation remains useful, and are deleted on request.
Your rights. You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@brightops.io and we will respond within 30 days.
