About this site. brightops.io is an informational website about BrightOps and its product, Workforce. Nothing on it is an offer to sell. There is no paid subscription, no account, and no signup.

Private development. Workforce is in private development. Access is by invitation only and is arranged directly with us. Anything described on this site may change.

Demonstrations and evaluation. Access granted for a demonstration or evaluation is personal, non-transferable, and revocable at any time. Material shared during it is confidential unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Acceptable use. Do not use this site, or any material we share with you, for unlawful purposes, to attempt unauthorised access, to distribute malicious software, or to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Intellectual property. BrightOps retains all rights in Workforce, its documentation, and this site. Workforce is built on DeepSeek Harness, an open-source project licensed under the MIT licence; upstream licences and attributions are preserved. DeepSeek Harness is a trademark of DeepSeek. BrightOps is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DeepSeek. Other third-party components remain under their own licences.

No warranty. This site and any preview access are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrightOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or any preview access.
