Competitive Misuse
Automated data collection (scraping) from Bright Ops for competitive purposes or unauthorized market intelligence is not allowed.

  • Billing occurs monthly on the anniversary of subscription start date.

  • Payment must be made via credit card or authorized payment method.
Intellectual Property Rights

License to Bright Ops

Prohibited Actions
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to copy the platform's code is strictly prohibited to maintain system integrity and security.

Termination of Service

Upon termination, access to user data will be suspended 30 days after the effective termination date. Users are responsible for exporting their data before this deadline.
No Partial Month Refunds
No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months of service, unused subscription periods, or early termination.
Outstanding Fees Due
Any outstanding fees or charges incurred up to the termination date will remain due and payable immediately.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
